About the role

We are seeking an experienced legal professional for American Campus Communities (ACC), a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company and the largest owner, manager and developer of high-quality student housing communities in the United States. This role is based in Bengaluru, India, is hired through Revantage India and reports to ACC’s Deputy General Counsel.

What you'll do

  • Support legal matter management, contract and regulatory tracking, department reporting, document organization and other legal operations activities
  • Review and process outside law firm invoices and support related billing, matter and expense administration
  • Assist with the maintenance and organization of company policies covering various matters, such as compliance and privacy policies
  • Perform other legal, regulatory and operational projects and responsibilities as assigned
