Associate Manager, Accounts Receivable

About the role

The main purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day billing of the different service lines pertaining to the London Stock Exchange for existing customers, and any potential customers, making sure that processes and policies are adhered to and pre-determined functional and organizational objectives, KPI’s and schedules are met.

What you'll do

• Support Sales and Sales Operations with the setup, validation, and invoicing of new business contracts
• Manage the Billing Operations mailbox and ServiceNow queue, ensuring requests are supervised and processed within agreed service levels
• Monitor contract progress across Sales, Master Data, Billing, and customers to ensure timely completion
• Complete billing checklists and perform contract reviews to support accurate contract setup
• Ensure revenue contracts are set up accurately and invoices are issued right the first time
