Associate Manager - Administration

About the role

Ensure timely procurement and availability of office supplies, equipment, and other resources required for smooth operations. Lead and mentor the administrative team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support the Site HR Head in organizing employee engagement activities and events to enhance workplace morale and productivity.

What you'll do

• Oversee facility management, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
• Implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support site operations, including HR, operations, and technical teams
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure cost-effective and quality service delivery
• Monitor and control administrative budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and cost efficiency
