Associate Manager

About the role

The Production Associate Manager will be responsible for optimizing production processes at the e-waste recycling facility, driving improvements in capacity utilization, manpower efficiency, and line balancing. The role focuses on implementing productivity, energy-saving, and cost-optimization initiatives while ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards.

What you'll do

• Production Optimization & Capacity Improvement
• Analyze current production processes across dismantling, shredding, sorting
• Develop and implement plans to improve overall production capacity and throughput of the recycling lines
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Track production KPIs (OEE, yield, downtime, cycle time) and drive corrective actions

What you need

• 6–9 yrs of experience
• Six Sigma
• Production planning
• Kaizen
• ISO 9001
• Preventive maintenance
• Lean manufacturing
• B.Tech or B.E.
