About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and technically strong Repair Manager to manage the repair, servicing, testing, and refurbishment of home appliances sourced through our e-waste operations at our Roorkee plant . The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in consumer electronics/home appliance repair , with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to lead a team of technicians while ensuring quality, TAT, safety, and cost efficiency.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day repair, servicing, testing, and refurbishment operations for home appliances received as e-waste
• Diagnose product faults and guide technicians in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and PCB-level troubleshooting as applicable
• Supervise repair technicians and allocate jobs based on product type, complexity, and technician skill
• Establish and monitor repair TAT, first-time-right, repair yield, rejection, repeat-failure, and productivity metrics
• Develop standard repair procedures, troubleshooting guides, checklists, and testing protocols for different appliance categories
