Associate Manager - BI & Reporting

About the role

Overview This role is part of the North America Beverage organization and supports the Commercial team by delivering business-critical reporting, analytics, and actionable insights across Channels, Brands, Customers, and Sales Areas.

What you'll do

• Support the Commercial function with performance reporting against established KPIs, including ad hoc reporting using internal, shipment/POS, and market data (IRI)
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards that improve accessibility, visualization, and business agility
• Leverage Power BI and Data Bricks (must-have) and other analytical tools and techniques to deliver reporting, advanced analytics, and actionable business insights
• Collate, validate, and analyze large, complex datasets across multiple channels, customers, brands, and sales areas to identify performance trends and opportunities
• Present clear, concise insights and recommendations to Sales Leadership to support data-driven decision-making
