Associate Manager - Business Finance

About the role

We're looking for an Associate Manager - Business Finance to join our Lending team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with a detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial processes while supporting strategic business decisions.

What you'll do

• Play a key part in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting initiatives across the organization
• Preparing and owning the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), month plans, and outlooks
• Conduct detailed variance analysis against plan and business targets to highlight the gaps and key drivers
• Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to evaluate ROI, track channel-wise Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and optimize acquisition budgets
• Driving business profitability by collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve unit economics and optimize costs
