Associate Manager-Civil

About the role

Execute and complete the Civil Infrastructure projects in coordination with Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing & Information Technology with implementation of highest safety & quality standards, ensuring the works are completed within budget & time. Please detail dotted / matrix/dual reporting relationships

What you'll do

• Design Management: Coordinate with consultants and clients for the necessary design inputs. Review all the design submittals for the buildability
• Ensure zero non-compliance to Statutory requirements, satisfying all stake holder requirements
• Certify contractor’s monthly RA Bills as per the works executed
• Review of daily / weekly progress report as per the work schedule
• Coordinate with the contractor’s team of Engineers / supervisors and collectively work out action plans to catch up with the occasional / frequent delay of work progress
