About the role

Why do we exist? What do we do? The quality of school education available to students from low-income communities across India is abysmal. Their chances of attending college or building a career are significantly lower than their high-income peers, condemning them to a life without voice or choice. iTeach was born in 2015 to challenge this status quo and create a level playing field for ALL children.

What you'll do

• The Finance Manager will work closely with the Senior Finance Manager in strengthening financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Translate accounting and program data into meaningful financial analysis, reporting and insights to support management decision-making
• Support preparation of school, program and grant budgets
• Support preparation of Budget vs Actual reports and analyze key variances
• Support the Sr. Finance Manager with financial analysis and decision-making

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• Financial analysis
• Budgeting
• Reporting
• Excel
• Tally
• FP&A
• CA Intermediate or CMA or MBA

Good to have

• Variance analysis
• Cash flow
• MIS reporting
• Financial reporting
