About the role

The Business Value Management team provides support across all IT business functions, including Portfolio Governance, IT Business Office, and Vendor Management office. The role is a key financial resource for our newly created global capability center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT financials, excellent communication skills, and critical thinking skills.

What you'll do

• Track and report portfolio-wise headcount across towers, ensuring alignment with budget and workforce plans
• Develop and monitor productivity, efficiency, and utilization metrics to drive operational excellence within MTIC
• Provide insights on capacity, throughput, and resource allocation to optimize business performance
• Partner with functional leaders to identify and implement cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
• Establish standardized reporting dashboards for leadership visibility into MTIC operations
