Associate Manager - Legal & Secretarial

About the role

Independently provide legal and transaction advisory to all functions and teams, including commercial team, procurement teams, marketing and business team across India, Southeast Asia and Australia, with oversight from the Associate Counsel APZ. Primary role will include review of Sale Agreements, Procurement Agreements, Equipment Purchase Agreements, Service Agreements, Non-disclosure and Confidentiality Agreements across the entire APZ region.

What you'll do

• Review, vetting and drafting of agreements and advising the commercial teams towards management and mitigation of legal and contractual risk for business transactions…
• Research and advisory on legal provisions to address questions from business teams
• Assistance in formulating compliance checklists to monitor and manage legal & compliance risks across the region. Follow up with business teams to update compliance…
• Assistance in maintenance and Updation of central database of agreement templates across the region
• Assistance in maintaining statutory registers, secretarial records of legal entities across India, Southeast Asia and Australia

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
