About the role

We are looking for an Associate Manager – Publisher Alliances with hands-on experience working at a Google Certified Publishing Partner (GCPP). The role will focus on Programmatic monetization for gaming app and web publishers across Global Markets The role involves onboarding and managing APP and Web Publishers, driving yield optimization using GAM, AdX, Open Bidding, and MCM, and supporting revenue growth through Google demand solutions.

What you'll do

  • Support publisher growth and monetization using GAM, AdX, Open Bidding, PMP, and Programmatic Guaranteed
  • Onboard and manage gaming publishers (apps & websites) in target markets
  • Optimize publisher yield against key KPIs such as eCPM, fill rate, ARPU, latency, and viewability
  • Assist in commercial discussions, including revenue-share models and MCM (MA / MI) setups
  • GAM setup and optimization

What you need

  • 6–11 yrs of experience
  • CRM
  • Any graduate
