About the role

As an Associate - Buying with 4.0-8.0 years of experience, you will play a key role in the procurement process of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in buying goods and services for the company while ensuring cost efficiency and maintaining quality standards. You will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the procurement team to develop sourcing strategies and supplier relationships
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and products
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions with vendors
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract agreements
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand their buying needs and requirements
