About the role

Own day to day Microfinance Physical File Management process Ensure files are tracked from inward to storage Documents are scanned and images stored in system Reporting - Publish daily reports and trackers Daily review Operational scorecards to determine RCA and resolve Collaborate with Business to ensure agreed FTR (First Time Right) target is achieved

What you'll do

• Own day to day Microfinance Physical File Management process
• Ensure files are tracked from inward to storage
• Ensure agreed processing TAT is achieved
• Reporting - Publish daily reports and trackers
• Collaborate with Business to ensure agreed FTR (First Time Right) target is achieved

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• Reporting
• Root cause analysis

• MBA
