Associate, People & Culture Generalist, Brio India

About the role

As a People & Culture Generalist at Brio, you'll be a hands-on member of a collaborative People & Culture team, gaining exposure to every aspect of the employee lifecycle. Based in Dallas with an in-office presence four days per week, this role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, take ownership, and make an impact from day one.

What you'll do

• Serve as a trusted and approachable resource for employees, providing timely and accurate guidance on People & Culture programs, policies
• Own employee data administration within Brio's People systems, ensuring all hires, job changes, compensation updates, organizational changes
• Maintain employee records, organizational structures, and People data with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Support People & Culture operations through data entry, audits, reporting, and process administration, helping create efficient, scalable, and compliant people processes
• Partner with the Learning & Development team to support a seamless onboarding experience that enables new hires to quickly integrate, become productive
