About the role

A career within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you the opportunity to help organisations realise the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.

What you'll do

  • Independently manage projects of medium to large complexity
  • Adept at identifying issues for purchase price adjustments, working capital and

  • Technically sound in Indian GAAP / Indian Accounting standards
  • Proficient in excel and should be familiar with the data and analytics tools such
