This role is part of our Customer Success team. Customer success is central to the company's growth plans and is the core differentiator between ParallelDots and competitors in the market. We have set ourselves a high benchmark and strive to achieve higher. Customer Success team is responsible for delivering all client projects.

What you'll do

• Execute of all change management requests from the clients
• Deliver all client requirements during the course of the project
• Assist Project Managers (PMs) in delivering ROI to the client
• Assist PMs in making project operations more efficient
• Deliver quality in the data processed
