About the role

We are seeking a skilled Associate with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and experience in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in solar project execution, including installation, operations, and maintenance, ensuring high-quality standards and optimal performance of solar energy systems.

What you'll do

• Execute solar projects, overseeing the installation of solar panels and mechanical systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar plant equipment
• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues effectively
• Carry out equipment inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Coordinate with vendors and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

What you need
