Associate Senior Clinical Programmer

About the role

As an Associate Senior Clinical Programmer in the Data Standards and Integration in Bangalore, you will turn clinical trial data into reports, dashboards and visualisations that people can act on. You will also build automations and AI-driven tools that replace manual tasks.

What you'll do

• Build, validate and deploy deep learning models for patient stratification, endpoint prediction and data anomaly detection, and manage the model lifecycle
• Implement Generative AI applications, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to automate document processing
• Build automated ETL pipelines on Azure DevOps and Databricks to harmonise complex clinical data sources
• Apply DevOps and MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and advanced Python and SQL to deliver reliable, scalable and secure production applications
• Program, review and update complex clinical reports from documented requirements, using SQL, SAS, Python, R and CI/CD pipelines
