Associate / Sr. Associate - Business Partnering (US Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and managers on our US teams from India. You will help translate business goals into people priorities, using data and an understanding of US workforce practices to improve engagement, performance, and retention. This is an ideal role for an HR professional with 1–4 years of experience who wants to grow into a strategic business partner.

What you'll do

• Run US performance, goal-setting, calibration, and promotion cycles; coach managers on feedback,career conversations, and team development
• Lead pulse and engagement surveys, analyze results, and co-create action plans with managers; runskip-levels and stay conversations to spot attrition risks early
• Build insights from headcount, attrition, hiring, and engagement data; present trends
• And recommendations to HRBP leads and business heads
• Work with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans, role definitions, and onboarding experience; supportinternal mobility and succession discussions
