About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresher recruiters to join our ISV (Industrial and Services Vertical) team. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities.

What you'll do

• Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Shine, etc
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
• Coordinate interviews with client
• Maintain candidate records and hiring reports

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Recruitment
• Naukri RMS

• MBA
