Recruitment Manager – US Staffing

About the role

We is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our recruiting operations in Bengaluru. We are seeking a hands-on recruitment leader who enjoys recruiting as much as managing a team. This is not a purely managerial or supervisory position.

What you'll do

• Hands-On Recruiting & Delivery
• Independently manage assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical fit, communication skills, compensation expectations, availability, and suitability
• Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
• Manage candidate negotiations, offer discussions, follow-ups, and closures
