About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Operations is responsible for managing at highest quality, end to end candidate management and recruitment operations for all Business Unit/s. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Send interview invites, feedback. Actively promote inclusion in all areas of recruitment, ensuring considered across all elements of recruitment and selection.

What you'll do

• Work with Recruiting Team members for daily scheduling and provide input into candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage calendars, book meeting rooms, and send confirmations
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups
• Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process

What you need
