Associate- Technology Vendor Management

About the role

The role will be responsible for vendor governance, performance management, contract and SLA oversight, risk and compliance coordination, and continuous improvement across the vendor lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder-management, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, procurement, risk, finance, legal, and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Responsible for vendor governance, performance management, contract and SLA oversight, risk and compliance coordination
• Partner with Technology, Procurement, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and vendor stakeholders to identify business problems that can be addressed through GenAI
• Manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, governance, performance monitoring, renewals, and offboarding
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, contractual commitments, and service-quality standards
