About the role

An Associate in the Strategy department supports the firm’s Corporate Development and Partnerships agenda through market and industry research, financial analysis, business case development, and evaluation of strategic growth opportunities. The role involves contributing to M&A and partnership assessments, due diligence, valuation, and cross-functional strategic initiatives, while working closely with senior management and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Leading and supporting due diligence efforts, coordinating with legal, finance, and operational teams to identify opportunities, and uncover risks
• Conducting financial modeling and valuation of target companies to assess strategic fit, ROI metrics, and revenue and cost synergy modelling
• Assisting Department HODs in building, auditing, and tracking department reports
