About the role

The Associate, Turnaround Restructuring Services (TRS) role at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity to drive meaningful impact on complex, high-stakes client challenges.

What you'll do

  • Partner with senior team members and clients to support complex operational and financial challenges across the business lifecycle including formulating business plan…
  • Analyze financial statements and key operational data; build models such as three-statement forecasts, thirteen-week cash flows (TWCFs), and value creation scenarios
  • Contribute to restructuring workstreams including DIP sizing, Chapter 11 filing prep, vendor analysis, SOAL / SOFAs, MORs, KPI tracking, retention plans
  • Identify and re-allocate resources to operational, growth, financial and strategic initiatives with highest risk adjusted return
  • Develop detailed financial projections and business plans
