About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic AVP Sales specializing in Insurance and Mutual Funds within the wealth management space. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with financial partners and clients.

What you'll do

• Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with financial partners and clients
• Strategize and execute sales initiatives, spearhead product distribution, and oversee a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for PMS & Corporative Banks that aligns with overall wealth business objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and guidance to optimize productivity and achieve targets
