Asst. Engineer

About the role

Manufacture new moulds as per engineering drawings and specifications. Assemble, fit, and test mould components to ensure proper functionality. Repair, modify, and maintain existing moulds to minimize production downtime. Operate conventional tool room machines such as milling, lathe, surface grinder, drilling, and EDM machines.

What you'll do

• Repair, modify, and maintain existing moulds to minimize production downtime
• Operate conventional tool room machines such as milling, lathe, surface grinder, drilling, and EDM machines
• Perform precision fitting, polishing, grinding, and bench work
• Measure and inspect components using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators
• Troubleshoot mould-related issues and recommend corrective actions
