What you'll do
- Responsible for day-to-day operation of the Aluminium Extrusion Press and auxiliary equipment
- Ensure proper die setup, billet loading, extrusion parameters and profile handling as per production requirements
- Monitor billet alloy, temperature and extrusion process parameters and take corrective action when required
- Monitor daily production output, productivity and minimize machine downtime
- Ensure production is carried out as per the daily production plan and schedule
