About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project business Manager to lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar EPC projects. This role requires a 360-degree ownership approach covering planning, execution, commercial management, revenue booking, billing, cash flow monitoring, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

What you'll do

• 🔹 Project Execution & Delivery
• Oversee complete lifecycle of solar EPC projects from mobilization to commissioning
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Drive site execution strategies to achieve milestone-based completion
• 🔹 Planning & Monitoring

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Cash flow
• Solar
• MS Project
• Primavera
• MIS reporting
• Working capital
• B.Tech or B.E. or MBA

Good to have

• Financial reporting
• Site execution
