About the role

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to manage and grow our industrial sales operations across Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in channel sales (distributor management) and direct key account handling in the industrial sector.

What you'll do

  • Drive sales targets and business growth across the assigned regions
  • Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions
  • Identify new business opportunities with OEMs, industrial clients, and institutional buyers
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with business goals
  • Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors for industrial products
