AVC:Insurance Specialist

About the role

They coach and guide mapped Relationship managers and Virtual relationship managers through various product trainings and help them convert insurance enquiries in sales on day-to-day basis by shadowing RM’s on F2F calls. They help in implementing various sales campaigns and strategies on ground and act as a catalyst to insurance Business.

What you'll do

• Proactively engage with RMs / VRMs and their clients to establish financial needs
• Training and coaching of Relationship Managers and Virtual relationship Managers on LI & GI products
• Training & coaching of RM’s and VRMs to generate Insurance specific client appointments to drive Insurance sales
• Achievement of Life & Non-Life Product wise targets and cross sell products as per demographics, lifestyle and risk profiling
• Responsible for Increasing Insurance penetration in client’s portfolio along with deepening and upgrading all ETB and NTB relationships of the bank
