AVP - Actuarial Pricing

About the role

What you'll do

• Lead individual pricing and development of new products, riders, and product enhancements
• Drive IRDAI product filings and manage regulatory queries
• Partner with Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Compliance teams for product implementation and governance
• Review and approve pricing assumptions, profitability analysis, benefit illustrations, and product documentation
• Monitor product performance and recommend pricing/product changes based on business outcomes
