About the role

Responsible for the structuring, negotiate term sheets and execution of legal documents\ Preparation of investment memo, presentations and other materials as required Steer companies, promoters towards growth and scale up of business to achieve financial and impact outcomes Represent the Fund on the board of portfolio companies as director/ observer

What you'll do

• Manage investments and portfolio growth toward successful exits
• Drive deal flow, diligence, execution, portfolio management, and exits
• Source and analyse investment opportunities for investment, track deal flow
• Conducting thorough research, due diligence of the markets, company, promoters and management of potential investee companies
• Responsible for the structuring, negotiate term sheets and execution of legal documents\

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
