What you'll do

• Design and execute the annual L&D strategy aligned with business growth, productivity, customer experience, risk, and compliance priorities
• Build role-based learning journeys for frontline, branch leadership, managerial, functional, and corporate cohorts
• Lead new-hire onboarding, sales and product capability, regulatory learning, manager development, and leadership programs
• Drive adoption of modern learning technologies, including LMS/LXP, mobile learning, microlearning, virtual learning, AI-enabled content creation, adaptive learning
• Own strategic L&D projects through clear plans, milestones, governance, budgets, risks, vendor management, and on-time execution
