About the role

A successful AVP Legal should have: A degree in law from a recognized institution. Extensive knowledge of legal frameworks and regulations within the retail and fashion/apparel industry. 15-20 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal roles * Strong expertise in contracts, compliance, and M&A

What you'll do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on complex legal matters
• Drive legal governance, policies, and risk mitigation frameworks
• Present quarterly legal updates and risks to the Board
• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle (~850+ contracts annually)
• Oversee drafting, negotiation, review, and execution of high-value agreements
