AVP - Legal - Transaction & Execution Management

About the role

As a Transaction Execution AVP at OakNorth, you will play a central role in keeping the lending lifecycle running smoothly. Working closely with the Transaction Execution Team, you will manage documentation, coordinate signatures, maintain trackers and ensure that deals progress seamlessly from execution through to handover — all with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead the management of digital signatures of documents generated by all teams during the lending lifecycle
• Coordinate physical wet ink signatures with members of the team in London
• Oversee and maintain various trackers for the Transaction Execution Team to ensure all timelines in their V2MoMs are met
• Track and manage deal handovers from the Transaction Execution Team to the Portfolio Management Team
• Ensure all Transaction Execution Team members manage their post-completion tasks across all lending transactions

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
