AVP - Operations trainer

About the role

The Assistant Vice President – Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to support the operational excellence of the Collections Operations function within Investment Banking Operations. The role will ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary product, process, and compliance knowledge to perform effectively in a highly regulated environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver structured training programs covering onboarding, process knowledge, regulatory compliance, and systems training for Collections Operations
• Design and maintain training curricula, materials, and documentation in alignment with business and regulatory requirements
• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and HR to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; recommend enhancements as needed
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, risk management frameworks, and external regulatory requirements in all training content
