About the role

Understand the deal contours and structuring the deal basis the investor and client requirements Preparation of Term sheets, Cash Flows, Liasing with Lawyers for definitive Documentation Understanding the law and regulations with respect to Yubi product offerings to facilitate the negotiations on complex legal documents.
