B2B / EDI Integration Engineer — Axway B2Bi & IBM Ecommerce

About the role

Owns Lilly's B2B/EDI trading-partner integration platforms and administer — Axway B2Bi and IBM Ecommerce — ensuring reliable, compliant movement of transactional data between Lilly and its external partners, distributors and suppliers. This role restores and sustains service capability for partner-facing integrations, closing a critical skills gap in EDI standards and B2B protocol support.

What you'll do

• Administer and support Axway B2Bi and IBM Ecommerce platforms, including partner community configuration, translation maps, and message routing
• Onboard new trading partners: configure AS2/OFTP2/SFTP connections, validate EDI envelopes (X12, EDIFACT), and certify test transactions before go-live
• Monitor B2B transaction flows end-to-end; triage and resolve failed or delayed EDI transactions within SLA
• Maintain translation/mapping logic for purchase orders, invoices, ASNs, and other standard EDI document types
• Partner with upstream application teams (order management, supply chain, finance) to troubleshoot data integration issues across the B2B layer

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• ITIL
• SOP writing
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
