About the role

The B2B Franchise Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint, building strong relationships with franchisees and clients, and ensuring the overall success of our B2B franchise operations.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted franchise development strategies and lead generation initiatives
• Provide ongoing training and support to franchisees to ensure they adhere to established best practices and maintain high-quality educational services
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of individual franchise locations
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with franchisees, offering guidance and support to optimize their business operations
• Cultivate strong, positive relationships with franchisees, acting as their primary point of contact for support, guidance, and conflict resolution
