B2B Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Operations Executive to manage end-to-end B2B order processing, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely dispatches in alignment with SLAs. The role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing bulk orders for multiple retail clients.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and process B2B orders in WMS/ERP platforms
• Create and manage picklists, assign to pickers, and monitor order flow from picking to dispatch
• Communicate and follow up with brands, partners, and transport teams for smooth order movement
• Oversee packing, QC, and documentation (Invoice, E-way bill, STN, etc.)
• Track shipments, update dispatch details, and maintain accuracy in tracking sheets

What you need

• 4–5 yrs of experience
