Backend Developer (Python) – GenAI & LLM Applications

About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. You will develop scalable backend systems, robust APIs, and efficient data pipelines using Python. The role offers hands-on exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including integrations with AI services and intelligent automation tools.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python
• Build, test, and optimize RESTful APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Integrate third-party services and AI/LLM providers into backend applications
• Design and manage databases, write efficient SQL queries, and improve application performance
• Develop backend functionality for AI-powered features, including chatbots, AI agents, and document-processing workflows
