Position– Business Development | Redevelopment Projects

What you'll do

  • Identify and source *redevelopment opportunities* across Mumbai
  • Build and maintain relationships with *housing societies, landowners, consultants, and channel partners*
  • Evaluate potential redevelopment projects based on *location, development potential, feasibility, and commercial viability*
  • Conduct initial *project feasibility and financial analysis*
  • Prepare *business plans, development proposals, financial models, and project presentations*
