Designation-Benefits Operations Administrator (BOA) Process all activities related to client benefit plans with high accuracy and timeliness. Consistently meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Develop a strong understanding of client plan provisions and related documentation. Prioritize work effectively to respond to client and participant needs.
