Bank Branches performance, RO Channel, Partnerships & key strategic initiatives in Bharat Branches of respective

What you'll do

  • Be responsible for driving Asset disbursement budgets & Deposits from assigned Bharat Bank Branches
  • Be responsible for Partnership channel/VLE activation for the assigned geographies & driving Asset disbursement budgets & Deposit budgets through the same
  • Be responsible for managing distribution BBRO Channel in your location i.e. Driving Activation, productivity of Assets and Cross Sell products (Liabilities
  • Work on key Strategic segmental Initiatives viz-a-viz CTD, Mandi Ecosystem
  • Conduct of Training, Recognition and Branch Engagement programs
