About the role

You will be part of Farmer Funding team under Bharat Banking Vertical. Bharat Banking FF department caters to all products in Bharat Bank Branches across Pan India.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for increasing the overall market share in the Mandi ecosystem in Asset and liability business
  • Responsible for sales planning and distribution plan for the Mandis
  • Organize activation drives along with respective product sales teams in the Mandi to generate business
  • Plan and implement new initiatives/strategies to increase Mandi business share in overall retail lending and liability business

What you need
