About the role

To drive growth, profitability, and sustainability of the SHG business through program management, strategic partnerships, process excellence, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management while ensuring achievement of business objectives.

What you'll do

• Business Growth & Profitability
• Own and deliver business budget, portfolio growth, revenue, and profitability targets for the SHG business
• Launch and scale Individual Loan and other SHG products aligned to market opportunities and business objectives
• Ensure timely receipt, reconciliation, and maximization of eligible subvention claims
• Drive portfolio performance through continuous monitoring and corrective actions
