Bid Coordinator

About the role

The Bids and Proposals Specialist will generally support the Bid Manager and/or Associate Bid Director leading the bid, having read and understood the client requirements. They will devise draft bid programmes, coordinate inputs from Subject Matter Experts and track progress against tasks and individuals for reporting to the Bid Manager.

What you'll do

• Lead mid-size proposals and task orders
• Contribute to pre-RFP proposal planning, including Four Rules win strategy development, applying win plan, messaging, and discriminators in deliverables
• Develop compliance matrices, identify required items, and create proposal plan and schedules
• Organize and manage content for reviews and manage the recovery and implementation of comments and finalization of documents and compliance
• Coordinate with subcontractors to gather required data and provide guidance
