About the role

The Leader - Resource Management is responsible for driving enterprise-wide resource planning, allocation, deployment, and workforce optimization to ensure effective fulfillment of business demands. The role partners with business and delivery leaders to maximize utilization, improve demand-supply alignment, and enable efficient talent deployment across the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead resource planning, allocation, deployment, and fulfillment across business priorities
• Drive demand-supply management to ensure optimal staffing and workforce utilization
• Govern resource allocation, bench management, and talent mobility strategies
• Partner with business, delivery, capability, and HR teams to address workforce gaps and resource risks
• Establish resource management processes, governance frameworks, and performance metrics
